AIDA (AI Digital Assistant) is a self-hosted personal AI agent that connects to your business tools — Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, OneDrive, Drive, and more. You interact with it via a web chat or a Telegram bot, and it can read your emails, manage your calendar, search your files, run automations, and deliver a daily briefing — all through natural conversation. Think of it as a chief of staff that lives in your chat window.

You install AIDA on your own server — it takes about 10 minutes following our setup guide. The trial gives you full access to all features for 3 days, no credit card required. You bring your own AI API key (takes 2 minutes to get from OpenRouter). After 3 days, purchase your $197 lifetime license to continue. If it's not right for you, simply let the trial expire — nothing to cancel.

The Self-Hosted plan is designed for anyone comfortable with basic server setup — following step-by-step instructions on a VPS. If that sounds unfamiliar, the Autafy Setup service ($497) is built exactly for you. We install and configure everything, connect your Google and Microsoft accounts, build 5 custom Skills, and hand you a fully working agent. You never touch the terminal.

AIDA is model-agnostic. You bring your own API key, so you can use OpenAI (GPT-4o), Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, or any OpenAI-compatible API. This means you always have access to the latest models, and you pay token costs directly — no AI markup from us. Most small business owners spend less than $3–5/month in AI token costs.

Your data stays on your server — period. AIDA is self-hosted, meaning you run it on your own VPS or cloud server. We never see your emails, files, or calendar events. The only external connections are to the APIs you explicitly authorize (Google, Microsoft, your AI provider). Autafy is a Canadian company operating under PIPEDA, Canada's federal privacy law.

The $197 one-time license gives you a lifetime license key that unlocks AIDA on your server — forever, no renewals. It includes all current features: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Telegram bot, WhatsApp, web search, file tools, scheduled automations, Skills (custom instructions), MCP server support, and all future updates. You pay once and own it.
