AIDA by Autafy

Notes

Keep track of notes, tasks, and lists — either by telling AIDA in Chat or by adding them yourself from the Notes tab (in the More menu). Everything you save appears in both places, with no setup needed.

Three kinds of item

  • Notes — things to remember. No checkbox; just jot it down.
  • Tasks — things to do. Tick them off when done, and add a due date if you like.
  • Lists — items grouped under a named list, like a grocery or shopping list.

Adding items by chat

Tell AIDA in Chat and it files things for you — working out the type, the list, and any dates automatically:

  • "Add milk, eggs and bread to my groceries"
  • "Remind me to call the plumber on Thursday"
  • "Make a note that the client prefers plain language"

AIDA adds several items at once, reuses your existing lists instead of creating duplicates, and turns "Thursday" into a real date. When it works out a due date for you, it confirms it back so you can catch any mistake.

Adding items yourself

Or add them from the Notes tab: tap + Add, pick the type, type it in, and Save. This is instant and works even if your AI provider is momentarily unavailable.

From the Notes tab you can also:

  • Check things off — tap the circle next to a task or list item.
  • Edit — tap Edit to rename any item.
  • Delete with undo — removing an item offers an Undo, so nothing is lost by accident.
  • Filter — use the All · Notes · Tasks · Lists chips at the top to narrow the view.

Managing items by chat

You can review and change items from Chat too:

  • "What's on my grocery list?"
  • "Show my open tasks"
  • "Delete the note about the client meeting"

Notes vs Reminders vs Memory

Notes are separate from Reminders (which actively notify you via Telegram at a set time) and Memory (which stores facts about you that AIDA recalls automatically). Use Notes for things you want to keep, review, and check off yourself.
